How do I verify MyMobiSafe™ is active on my phone?

You can verify MyMobiSafe™ is active on your phone by checking your Account Status. If your account is active, a "Validate Protection" button should be visible; by clicking the button you can send your phone a validation message.

Steps:
  1. Go to www.MyMobiSafe.com and click the “My Account” button
  2. Login and select “Status” from the top of the account page
  3. If visible, click the “Validate Protection” button

If you do not see the "Validate Protection" button, and your status is listed as "Active" on the status page, then please email support@mymobisafe.com
